I love that we’re now able to add dates to look up available properties, but then this leads to seeing available properties on a map. Sometimes the map can be very finicky and things appear and disappear. If we could instead get a list of available properties just like when you’re looking on the app, that would be more efficient and less glitchy.

I have a listing that allows pets when booked via airbnb. Those that bring pets get charged an additional pet fee. We need the ability to add a pet cleaning fee on hostshare.

Is it possible for you to waive yearly fees for hosts who have made their property available, hosted others but have not had the opportunity to book a property themselves? I wonder how many of us fit that category?

Opt-in to share your property to be booked in advanced (but only during the days in the year that you are willing to share - not peak or in-season nights), and in turn you get the opportunity to book other places in advance as well. No longer limited by the last-minute nature. Still only required to share up to your max share nights.

we need to be able to review the space, like in Airbnb. If hosts are not providing amenities because we are not paying the full price, we need to be able to share that.

Especially for any long distance travel, this is essential! Someone can't buy a plane ticket first, and then HOPE that they find available accommodations. Maybe 30 days? That would be awesome.

No yearly membership fee for hosts to participate

Allow the option of co-hosts to share the 21 days per year with the listing host.

Allows a listing to have a co-host who can get and response to booking notifications, setup payout accounts, and more.
