- We’ve significantly improved the map loading and searching performance by eliminating redundant data loading, modifying the refresh rate of the map, and removing the green loader at the top of the page. These changes ensure a smoother and faster user experience when searching for properties.

- To provide a consistent and informative view, we've added 5-day availability bubbles directly onto the listing cards, mirroring the availability indicators already present on the map. This feature allows users to quickly assess the availability of a listing without needing to navigate away from the search results page.

- We've added functionality to copy the email and phone details on both the host and guest sides, enabling quick and easy contact after a booking is confirmed. This enhancement supports better communication between parties, streamlining the interaction process.

- In an effort to maintain transparency and set accurate expectations, we have added warnings and additional information regarding instant bookings. New communications outline the current success rates and potential issues that could arise, ensuring guests are well-informed before and after making a booking. Additional messages are sent at critical points to reassure guests that we are actively working to confirm their booking or assist in finding alternative accommodations if necessary.

This new tool displays availability directly on the map and listing cards, showing the next 5 days with visual indicators for available dates. Designed to drastically reduce the time it takes to find an available stay, this feature simplifies the booking process, helping users quickly identify and secure accommodations.

Updates on the admin side now allow for more agile management of bookings. Admins can quickly modify bookings upon request by either guest or host, with automatic adjustments to night transactions and payouts. This ensures accurate crediting or debiting of nights from listings and users, and aligns financial transactions with these changes, streamlining both customer service and financial oversight.

In response to feedback with our new onboarding flow, we added the 2-step process for calendar syncing to include "exporting" a listing calendar.

We've introduced a new modal that prompts users to export their Hostshare calendar and import it into their personal or other hosting platform calendars. This change comes after recognizing the need to reintegrate the calendar export prompt, which was inadvertently omitted in our recent onboarding updates.

Alongside the new modal, we have also updated the "approved and live" email notifications to include a prompt for users to synchronize their calendars. This ensures that all hosts are reminded to keep their availability up to date, reducing the risk of double bookings and improving the guest experience.

We are excited to roll out significant updates to the admin side of our platform, focusing on improving analytics, user management, and fixing several bugs to enhance overall functionality and decision-making.
