Bug Fixes:
- Expired ID Verification Issue:Resolved a bug where expired ID verifications were incorrectly reappearing. Completed verifications will no longer be overridden in the database.
- Visibility of Listings on Travel Page:Fixed an issue where listings that are live but not approved were mistakenly shown as available. These listings will now correctly display as "coming soon."
- Admin Listing Navigation Error:Corrected the issue where clicking the title of a listing in the admin panel redirected to the host listing page instead of the admin side listing details.
- Calendar Timezone Consistency:Implemented a hotfix to ensure that calendar availability always reflects the listing's timezone, enhancing accuracy across different regions.
- Incorrect Nightly Rate from HC Integration:Addressed a bug in the Hospitable Connect integration where the nightly rates pulled were incorrect.
- Double Cleaning Fee Error:Fixed an issue where the maximum cleaning fee was being set to double the intended amount.
- Inconsistent Booking Payouts:Investigated and fixed reports of delays and inconsistencies in booking payouts to ensure they are processed on time.
- Failed Booking Payouts:Fixed an issue with booking payouts that failed and required manual intervention through Stripe, yet the booking did not appear for the host or on the payout page.
- Special Offer Discrepancy:Fixed a bug where a user did not receive a special offer due to an incorrect
- Special Offer API Changes:Fixed a bug that wasn't giving users an extended special offer deal.
- Missing Notifications for Bookings:Fixed an issue where some bookings would not send a notificaiton so we made a fail-safe solution for it to try the notification again if there is a failure of some sort.
- Export Calendar Sync Issues:Fixed an issue with listings that supposedly synced an exported with a PMS but it was not showing as synced on our end.
- Hospitable Connect Calendar Sync Issues:Fixed an issue with HC listings that was removing availability blocks inadvertently when syncing with airbnb.
New Features:
- Live (Not Approved) Tab in Admin Listings:Introduced a new tab on the admin listings page to specifically manage listings that are live but not yet approved, improving oversight and management.

Important Updates: Improved Tooltips and User Interface Fixes
Clarity Enhancements:
- We've updated the text upon onboarding to provide clearer information, helping new users understand the process and benefits more effectively.
- A new question mark icon has been added next to the cleaning fee on booking pages. This tooltip now includes a link to a helpful article, offering instant explanations about fee calculations.
- Existing tooltips that detail cleaning, protection, and processing fees now include links to relevant articles, providing users with immediate access to detailed information.
Usability Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where navigating back and forth between the payments and payouts tabs caused errors. This fix ensures a smoother experience when managing financial details.
- Addressed a bug on the login page where entering an incorrect password redirected users to re-enter their email each time. Users will now remain on the password entry page to try again, streamlining the login process.
- Fixed an issue on mobile menus that were making it confusing when choosing the account level pages so we adjusted the urls to make it more intuative and the keep the user in the correct environment.

- Immediate Go Live:Users can now immediately go live, accessing their 21 nights and completing membership payments, even before their listing is fully reviewed.
- Pre-Review Access:Users have full access to view all listings and availability, but will encounter a notification error if they attempt to book before their listing is approved.
- Preview Status:Listings will display as "preview or coming soon" until manually reviewed and marked asapproved, ensuring only suitable and fully synced listings are bookable.
- Enhanced Admin Insights:The admin dashboard now displays detailed review and view statuses (e.g., pending key details, approved, in-review) to manage listings more effectively.
Export Calendar Requirements:
- Clear Sync Steps:We've clarified the calendar synchronization process by separating it into import and export steps, enhancing understanding for users.
- Sync Confirmation Requirement:Users are required to acknowledge that they have exported their calendars to Airbnb or a property management system. Admins can verify sync requests, ensuring accurate calendar integration.
- Admin Cal Export Sync Status:The admin panel now indicates whether the Hostshare calendar have been "synced" or "not yet synced," prompting necessary follow-ups to ensure full integration with other OTA websites like Airbnb and other PMS.
Updated User Access for Viewing Listings:
- No Listings:Users without listings can only view the pin map.
- Listing Added, Not Live:Users with listings that are not yet live can see the full map and 5-day availability bubbles in "preview only" mode.
- Listing Live:Users with live listings gain full access to all listings and booking capabilities.

- Improved Listing Accuracy:Calculates an accurate Average Daily Rate (ADR) from the last 50 bookings or the past year's data, ensuring listings are priced according to current market conditions.
- Enhanced Pricing and Availability Tracking:Updates from Airbnb approximately 1500 listings per hour, with a final availability check before booking to ensure accuracy.
- Mandatory Calendar Sync Requirements:Despite direct integration, syncing with an .ics file remains required to ensure data redundancy and reliability across booking platforms.
- Bulk Import of Listings:Users can import all their Airbnb listings simultaneously through direct API integration, significantly simplifying the process of getting listings live on Hostshare.
- Current Sync Limitations:Currently a one-way sync from Airbnb to Hostshare; updates like photo changes and descriptions on Airbnb do not automatically sync to Hostshare. We're looking to develop two-way sync capabilities as we expand PMS integrations.

This feature allows users to quickly assess the availability of a listing without needing to navigate away from the search results page.
Quick Contact Options Post-Booking:
- We've added functionality to copy the email and phone details on both the host and guest sides, enabling quick and easy contact after a booking is confirmed. This enhancement supports better communication between parties, streamlining the interaction process.
Enhanced Transparency for Instant Bookings:
- In an effort to maintain transparency and set accurate expectations, we have added warnings and additional information regarding instant bookings. New communications outline the current success rates and potential issues that could arise, ensuring guests are well-informed before and after making a booking.
