Need notification via text when you have a message within HostShare. Otherwise, you are missing messages from the person staying at your place. I have been told by HS that you only get notified on the first message but not other messages.

I can’t cancel a booking after the host said it’s not available. It’s well within 12 hours. When I hit cancel it brings me to chat with a bot. The bot is telling me to cancel through the app so it’s an endless circle.
