🗓️ Book Up to 6 Months in Advance
- Switch between Last-Minute and Advanced travel modes
- Book stays up to 6 months ahead (subject to change)
- Advanced Travel stays can be up to 7 nights (Last-minute stays remain capped at 5 nights)
🔍 Smarter Date Searching
- Search with exact dates for precise planning
- Use flexible month-based searchto explore availability more broadly
- Listings clearly show whether they’re bookable now or coming soon and easily switchable between advanced or last-minute
💰 Total Price Transparency
- New total price views across search and booking pages
- See your full trip cost upfront
- Clear comparisons showing savings vs. Airbnb
- Helpful tooltips explaining pricing, fees, and protections

- New Advanced / Last-Minute toggle directly on booking pages
- Travel type badges moved below listing photos for better visibility
- Removed cleaning fee display on search to reduce confusion
- Advanced search now: Shows total price only (no availability bubbles) and matches pricing across all advanced bookings
- Travel & Sharing page now correctly reflects: Whether you’re opted into Advanced Travel and eligibility status with helpful tooltips
🛠️ Bug Fixes
- Fixed listings incorrectly showing “Not bookable yet”
- Corrected date picker legend text
- Resolved tooltip sizing issues across the app
- Fixed map marker behavior opening previews correctly
- Corrected max stay selection (7 nights now works properly)
- Prevented users from entering Advanced bookings before eligibility
- Fixed admin booking adjustment errors
- Ensured nightly rate updates apply to future contracts correctly

- New users will be able to join Advanced Travel soon
- We’ll continue refining search, blockouts, and editing controls as the beta progresses
