This a sharing space place so cleaning fees shouldnt be a way to make money. it should be really minimal and be fit with dimension of the house . you shouldnt have 125$ cleaning fees for only one room ! And the value should be set in local currency because in canada i think people would be setting lower the cleaning fee because of the exchange rate difference . you have to stay many days to be really worth it of having a sharing experience . 1 day or 2 is kind of similar of renting a place directly on airbnb .
